|
Ways of Invasion: |
|
Health hazards: |
It is a central nervous system depressant, stimulant and protoplasmic poison. Acute poisoning: The patient has severe pulsating headache, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, tearing, coughing, chest tightness, and difficulty breathing; severe muscle tremor, speech disorder, ataxia, sweating, confusion, and coma. Myocardial damage and abnormal liver function can also be seen. After rescue and recovery, there may be transient mental disorders, delayed functional aphonia or central hemiplegia. Redness and swelling occurs quickly after skin contact, and blisters after a few hours. Repeated contact can cause sensitization. Liquid splashed into the eyes can cause corneal burns. Chronic effects: neurasthenia syndrome and autonomic dysfunction can be seen from long-term exposure to small amounts. |
Environmental hazards: |
Hazardous to the environment. |
Explosion hazard: |
This product is flammable, toxic, carcinogenic, irritating, and allergenic. |
Part 4: First aid measures |
|
skin contact: |
Take off contaminated clothing immediately and rinse with plenty of running water at least15minute. Seek medical attention. |
eye contact: |
Lift the eyelids immediately, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of running water or saline at least15minute. Seek medical attention. |
Inhalation: |
Quickly leave the scene to a place with fresh air. Keep the airway unobstructed. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. If breathing stops, give artificial respiration immediately. When breathing and heartbeat stop, perform artificial respiration and chest compressions immediately. |
Ingestion: |
|
Part V: Fire Fighting Measures |
|
Dangerous characteristics: |
Its vapor can form a wide range of explosive mixtures with air. There is a danger of burning and explosion when exposed to heat and open flames. It may decompose violently in case of high heat, causing the container to rupture or explode. Contact with alkali metals, hydroxides or highly active catalysts such as anhydrous chlorides of iron, tin and aluminum and oxides of iron and aluminum can generate a lot of heat and may cause an explosion. Its vapor is heavier than air and can spread to a considerable distance at a lower place, and will ignite back when it encounters a fire source. |
Hazardous combustion products: |
Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide. |
Fire fighting methods: |
Cut off the gas source. If the gas source cannot be cut off, it is not allowed to extinguish the flame at the leak. Spray water to cool the container, and move the container from the fire scene to an open place if possible. Extinguishing agent: water mist, alcohol-resistant foam, dry powder, carbon dioxide. |
Part VI: Emergency Response to Leakage |
|
Emergency treatment: |
Quickly evacuate personnel from the contaminated area to the upper wind and isolate them immediately150m, Strictly restrict access. Cut off the fire source. It is recommended that emergency personnel wear self-contained positive pressure respirators and anti-static overalls. Cut off the source of leakage as much as possible. Use industrial overlay or adsorption/ The absorbent covers the sewers and other places near the leakage point to prevent gas from entering. Reasonable ventilation to accelerate diffusion. Dilute and dissolve with spray water. Build a dike or dig a pit to contain the large amount of waste water produced. If possible, send the leaked air to an open area with an exhaust fan or install an appropriate nozzle to burn it. Leaking containers should be properly handled, repaired and inspected before use. |
Part VII: Handling and storage |
|
Operation precautions: |
Airtight operation, local exhaust. Operators must undergo special training and strictly abide by the operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear self-absorption filter gas masks (full face masks), anti-static overalls, and rubber gloves. Keep away from fire and heat sources, and smoking is strictly prohibited in the workplace. Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment. Prevent gas from leaking into the workplace air. Avoid contact with acids, alkalis and alcohols. During the transfer process, the cylinder and container must be grounded and bridged to prevent static electricity. Impact and shock are prohibited. Equipped with corresponding types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment. |
Precautions for storage: |
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Avoid light. The library temperature should not exceed30℃. It should be stored separately from acids, alkalis, alcohols, and edible chemicals, and should not be mixed. Use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities. It is forbidden to use mechanical equipment and tools that are prone to sparks. The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment. Extremely toxic substances should be strictly enforced“Five pairs”Management System. |

The transportation vehicles should be equipped with corresponding types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment during transportation. The exhaust pipe of the vehicle carrying the item must be equipped with a fire arrester, and it is forbidden to use mechanical equipment and tools that are prone to sparks for loading and unloading. Mixed shipment and transportation with acids, alkalis, alcohols, edible chemicals, etc. are strictly prohibited. In summer, it should be transported in the morning and evening to prevent sun exposure. Stay away from fire and heat sources during stopovers. When transporting by road, it is necessary to drive according to the prescribed route, and it is forbidden to stay in residential areas and densely populated areas. It is forbidden to drop off during railway transportation. |
